Chelsea Handler is a modern renaissance woman. She’s a comedian, television host, author, actress, activist, producer and there might be more to the list, but for now, this is proof enough.
And how often does a renaissance woman make a stop in Bethlehem? Not often, so it’s notable that Handler will be making a March 13 stop at the Wind Creek Event Center. The 8 p.m. show is part of Handler’s comedy tour in support of her 2019 book, “Life Will Be The Death Of Me.”
Handler is probably best known for her late-night show, “Chelsea Lately,” which ran for seven years, but more recently, she’s been doling out content for Netflix. She has two notable shows on the streaming platform: one simply called “Chelsea,” a talk show that took her around the world, and the other called “Chelsea Does,” a four-episode series featuring deep dives on topics like marriage, racism, drugs and Silicon Valley.
But despite her television success, she’s branched out into plenty of other areas as well. She has six New York Times best-sellers to her name, as well as dozens of acting credits (quite a few as herself).
With so much experience in the world of entertainment, she’s bound to have plenty of stories to make March 13 a night to remember.
Tickets range from $49.50 to $79.50 and go on sale Friday. They can be found on the venue’s website.
